At Playgram, we are committed to providing the best sports training experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before enrolling in any program or making a purchase.
1. No Cancellation Policy
Once you have enrolled in a sports training program or purchased class credits, the enrollment is final and cannot be cancelled.
- All enrollments are non-cancellable
- Class credit purchases are non-cancellable
- We do not offer cancellations after payment has been processed
2. No Refund Policy
Playgram follows a strict no refund policy for all services and products:
Training Programs & Class Credits
- No refunds will be provided for purchased class credits
- Unused credits do not expire but cannot be refunded
- Attended classes are non-refundable
- Missed classes are non-refundable
E-commerce Products
- All product purchases (sports equipment, merchandise) are non-refundable
- No cash refunds will be issued for any products
- Payment gateway charges are non-refundable in all cases
3. Important Considerations
Before making any purchase or enrollment, please ensure that:
- You have selected the correct sport, location, batch, and package
- You understand the training schedule and can commit to the program
- You have reviewed all product details and specifications
- You have consulted with our support team if you have doubts
4. Credit Transfers
While we do not offer refunds, class credits remain valid indefinitely:
- Credits do not expire
- You can use your credits at any time within the same batch
- Credits cannot be transferred to other users
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of technical errors, duplicate charges, or service unavailability due to Playgram's fault, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction.

- Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Playgram management
6. Payment Failures
If your payment fails or is declined, no charges will be made to your account. If you believe you were charged for a failed transaction:
- Wait 3-5 business days for automatic reversal
- Contact your bank or payment provider to verify the transaction status
- If the amount is not reversed, contact us with transaction proof
7. Modifications to Policy
Playgram reserves the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
