This policy outlines the shipping and exchange procedures for products purchased through Playgram's e-commerce store. Please review this information carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Policy
Delivery Locations
All product deliveries are made exclusively to Playgram training venues. We do not offer home delivery or shipping to personal addresses at this time.
- Products will be delivered to the training venue/location you are enrolled in
- You can collect your order from the venue during your training sessions
- Ensure you select the correct venue during checkout
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Delivery timeline excludes weekends and public holidays
- You will receive a WhatsApp notification when your order is dispatched
- Another notification will be sent when the order arrives at your venue
Order Tracking
- Track your order status in your dashboard under Orders
- Order statuses: Pending → Processing → Shipped → Delivered
- You will receive WhatsApp updates at each stage of delivery
Shipping Charges
- Shipping to venues is free of charge for most orders
- Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before payment
2. Exchange Policy
Size-Related Exchanges
We understand that sizing can be challenging for sports apparel and equipment. We offer exchanges for size issues only.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Exchanges are only available if the product does not fit correctly
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (boxes, bags, wrapping)
How to Request an Exchange

- Provide your order number and reason for exchange (size issue)
- Our team will verify product condition and availability of requested size
- Return the product to your training venue with all original packaging
- Once verified, the replacement will be delivered to your venue within 5-7 business days
Exchange Conditions
- Only size exchanges are accepted (not color or product changes)
- Product must be in unused, unwashed, and resalable condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- No visible signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage
- Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size
- Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged
Products Not Eligible for Exchange
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Used, worn, washed, or damaged products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Hygiene products (if seal is broken)
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the defect/damage
- We will arrange for return pickup and send a replacement
- Manufacturing defects or shipping damage will be fully covered
- Replacement will be processed on a priority basis (3-5 business days)
4. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order does not arrive at the venue within the expected delivery timeline:
- Check your order status in your dashboard
- Contact the venue manager to confirm if the shipment has arrived
- If still not received after 10 business days, contact our support team
- We will investigate with our logistics partner and provide a resolution
5. Important Notes
- No cash refunds - Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All exchanges are processed to the same venue (no venue transfers)
- Processing time for exchanges may vary based on product availability
- We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet our conditions
