Welcome to Playgram. By accessing or using our sports training platform at playgram.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, enrolling in programs, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 13 years old to create an account (users under 18 require parental consent)
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Have a valid phone number for WhatsApp OTP authentication
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
You register via WhatsApp OTP verification and provide basic information (name, email, date of birth, gender, preferred city). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
4. Enrollment and Training Programs
Enrollment Process
- You can enroll in sports programs (Football, Table Tennis, etc.) at available locations
- Enrollment requires selecting a city, location, batch, and package
- Payment must be completed to confirm enrollment
- Class credits are purchased in packages and do not expire
Attendance and Class Credits
- Each attended class deducts 1 credit from your balance
- Missed classes without prior notice will be marked as absent and deduct 1 credit
- You can view your attendance history and remaining credits in your dashboard
- Credits can be added at any time by purchasing additional packages
Class Pauses
- Admins may pause individual or batch classes with compensatory credits
- Paused classes do not deduct credits
- You will be notified of any pauses via WhatsApp
5. Payments and Refunds
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Online payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking)
- Offline payments (cash, UPI, bank transfer) verified by admins
Pricing
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹)
- Batch-specific pricing may vary by location and program
- All prices include applicable taxes
Discount Coupons and Referrals
- You can apply discount coupons during checkout (subject to terms and limits)
- Referral codes provide +2 bonus credits to both referrer and referee
- Each coupon has usage limits per user and expiry dates
- Misuse of coupons or referral codes may result in account suspension
Refund Policy
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Contact support within 7 days of payment for refund requests
- Unused class credits may be eligible for refund (minus processing fees)
- Attended classes are non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days
6. E-commerce Store
Product Orders
- You can purchase sports equipment and merchandise through our store
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation
- You will receive WhatsApp order confirmation with PDF invoice
- Stock availability is subject to change
Delivery
- Products are delivered to your provided address
- Delivery timelines vary by location and product
- You can track order status in your dashboard
- Delivery charges may apply based on location
Returns and Exchanges
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery (if unused and in original packaging)
- Contact support to initiate returns or exchanges
- Refunds for returned products will be processed within 7-14 business days
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable
7. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the platform without permission
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
- Use automated tools (bots) to access the platform
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Playgram (logos, text, images, software, designs) is the property of Playgram or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your personal information as described in that policy. By using Playgram, you consent to such processing.
10. Disclaimers
Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime without prior notice.
Medical and Fitness
Sports training involves physical activity and inherent risks. You should consult a physician before participating in any program. We are not responsible for injuries, health issues, or accidents that occur during training.
Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services (Razorpay, WhatsApp, Google Maps). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playgram and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Injuries or health issues during training
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Errors, bugs, or service interruptions
- Third-party actions or content
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Playgram, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your use of the platform
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your conduct during training or interactions with other users
13. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Bengaluru, India.
Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at support@playgram.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp, email, or a notice on our platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Playgram regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements.
